About Work:

We are looking for a results-driven retail Boutique Manager to be responsible for the overall boutique management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the shop, staff, and volunteers to a high standard.
• Complete boutique administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand boutique traffic, and optimize profitability
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring shop deliveries to maintain optimum clothes stock levels.
• Managing costs, overheads, and all factors affecting the shop's profitability.
• Conducting regular management touch bases to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues and to develop an overall business strategy
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc
• Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
• Additional boutique manager duties as needed
